Thank you for your recent contribution with our team building exercise. It is important for us to not only use active listening skills in the workplace but also to find creative and simple ways to respond to complex IT requirements. Your vibrant Brazilian drumming workshop certainly challenged everyone to think laterally and work together! Not only were we surprised by what we could achieve but everyone was able to forget their official titles and just work together to have a wonderful experience. We were also able to celebrate our common achievements, on the project, and the impending festive season, too!
I will recommend you to any team seeking to break the ice (or the tension) on enduring projects.
